I must always feel sure of my ability because I am unique with defects but with many more qualities, and only for that reason do I have to accept myself, love myself, and take care of my minimum vital space, and I must put boundaries to any interpersonal relationship that is presented to me in any area of my life. <\/span><\/p>\n

I will always remember that every relationship is based on assertive communication without any manipulation such as guilt or fear.
