When I received therapy with Mrs. Monica Roldan

It made me know myself and learn to act calmly, because I am the owner of my emotions, and I am the one who directs each one of them. My self-esteem is not to be played with. I must always feel sure of my ability because I am unique with defects but with many more qualities, and only for that reason do I have to accept myself, love myself, and take care of my minimum vital space, and I must put boundaries to any interpersonal relationship that is presented to me in any area of my life.

I will always remember that every relationship is based on assertive communication without any manipulation such as guilt or fear. Now I have only to thank and give my infinite recognition to her who was my support, my helping hand, she with wisdom and precise patience, made me get out of my crisis and improve my quality of life.
